In this interlocutory appeal in a dissolution action, Joseph
Harrison, Jr., ("Husband") appeals the trial
court's order determining that Terry Royal
Harrison's ("Wife") interests in discretionary
irrevocable family trusts were too speculative and remote to
be included in the marital pot. Concluding that the trial
court did not abuse its discretion, we affirm its judgment.
