IN THE MATTER OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, NONPAYMENT OF ATTORNEY REGISTRATION FEES, and/or FAILURE TO SUBMIT IOLTA CERTIFICATION
ORDER AMENDING SUSPENSION ORDER CONCERNING ATTORNEY GREGORY S. REISING
Loretta H. Rush Chief Justice of Indiana.
On June 1, 2015, the Court issued an order suspending certain attorneys identified by the Clerk of this Court as having failed either to pay the annual registration fee required for them to be licensed to practice law in Indiana or to file an exemption affidavit as contemplated by Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 2, and/or have failed to make the IOLTA certification required by Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 2(f), and certain attorneys who had been identified by the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education as having failed to comply with certain continuing legal education requirements. Those attorneys were identified in Exhibit A, attached to the June 1st order.
The Court has since been advised by the Clerk that attorney Gregory S. Reising, Indiana bar number 6024-45, was erroneously included on the June 1st order's Exhibit A. Specifically, Mr. Reising paid his annual fee and the delinquency fee was waived. When processing Mr. Reising's annual fee payment and delinquency fee waiver, staff failed to void his delinquency fee invoice from the Clerk's payment system, thereby leaving an incorrect balance due from Mr. Reising and causing his name mistakenly to appear on Exhibit A.
Being duly advised, the June 1st order is VACATED in so far as it applies to Gregory Reising.
