STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Richard Wilkins (" Wilkins" ) appeals his convictions for Class B felony conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic drug and Class B felony dealing in a narcotic drug.
We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instructions.
