Stephen T. Perosky was convicted after a jury trial
of Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer as a Class C felony,
two counts of Battery as Class D felonies,
and two counts of Resisting Law Enforcement as Class D felonies,
and was sentenced to an aggregate term of imprisonment of nine years.
Perosky raises four issues for our review, which we consolidate and restate as:
